After the storm, one company runs the rebuild.
Exceptional Quality Services provides general contracting for residential and commercial storm restoration projects. We manage the project, oversee construction and coordinate the subcontractors. In business since 2023.
What we do on a restoration project
Bring us in to run the whole job, and add materials or specialized work when your project needs them.
Project management
We plan the work, keep the schedule moving and stay your point of contact from start to finish.
Construction oversight
We supervise the work in the field so it follows the agreed scope.
Subcontractor coordination
We line up the trades your project needs and sequence them so each one is ready for the next.
Construction materials
OptionalWe can purchase the materials for your project, as needed.
Specialized services
OptionalWe can bring in specialized services when the scope calls for them.

End-to-end support through the insurance process
From the free inspection after the storm to final collection of funds, we stay with your project and do the legwork.
Free inspections after the storm
We inspect the property and show you what we find, at no cost.
Support when you file your claim
You file with your insurance company, and we give you the photos, measurements and estimate to back it up.
Time with your adjuster
We can meet your adjuster at the property and go over the damage, our estimate and the technical details.
Supplements
When the approved scope misses damage or hidden damage turns up, we document it and manage the supplement paperwork.
Subcontractor bids
We collect and manage the bids from subcontractors for the work.
Final collection of funds
We stay on the project through final billing and collection of the project funds.
Insurance not acting right? No worries.
Insurance is a lot like a casino: the house is built to hold on to the money. We stay in your corner and answer with evidence, so the damage to your property is documented, photographed and priced. If it turns into a dispute over coverage or your settlement, we will tell you when it is time to bring in a licensed public adjuster or an attorney.
EQS is a contractor, not a public adjuster or law firm. We do not interpret insurance policies, negotiate or adjust claims, or represent you to your insurer, and claim outcomes are decided by your insurer. You are responsible for paying your insurance deductible, and we do not waive, rebate or absorb it. Paying, waiving or rebating a deductible with intent to defraud, or intentionally filing a claim with false, incomplete or misleading information, is a crime.
You pay EQS. We pay everyone else.
We pay subcontractors directly and purchase materials directly, then collect project funding directly from you.
One company to pay
Your payments go to EQS, not to each trade and supplier on the job.
Direct payment
Subcontractors and suppliers on the project are paid by us.
Ways to pay
Checks have no fee. Bank transfers (ACH) have a 1% fee. Credit cards have a 3% fee. Debit cards have no card fee.

Share the property and the damage, and we will set up your free inspection.
Agree on the scope
We put the scope, price and terms in a written agreement.
We run the work
We coordinate the trades, order what is needed and oversee construction.
Close it out
We finish the job with you and bill the project under your agreement.
